Please note due to shipping restrictions from our suppliers, we are unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Aruba, Congo, The Democratic Republic Of The Congo, Democratic People's Republic Of Korea, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Palestine, Samoa, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
To avoid any delays in your order, please ensure all your address details are entered correctly, including building name/number, company/office name and post/zip code. If you're ordering from UAE or Saudi Arabia, please use your PO Box address.

How can I track my order?
If you've selected tracked shipping, you will be sent a tracking number and link in your dispatch email. Items sent via standard shipping can not be tracked.
How can I make changes to my order?
If you spot any mistakes in your order, need to change any address details or products, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
This product is not right for me, how can I return it?
If you've changed your mind and would like to return your item for an exchange or refund, please email us on email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
My product has arrived faulty, what do I do?

I’ve received the wrong product, what do I do?
We're sorry you've received the wrong item. Please email us on email@example.com with your order number, a picture of the product you've received and a picture of the barcode label.
